As a Team Leader with the vocational services department, you work with an interdisciplinary Return to Work Services team – Program Manager, Vocational Rehab Specialists, Job Developer, to improve service delivery and increase efficiency of the business unit. The Team Leader also contributes to the team by assisting the Program Manager with administrative functions , human resource management, quality assurance initiatives and offering leadership and direction to team members. You have the equivalent of a university Bachelor’s degree or diploma in vocational services or related field. A minimum of one year related vocational rehab/WCB experience preferred.
