Senior Customer Service Representative
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you lead and support each clinic’s administrative functions. Reporting to the Clinic Director, you are key to ensuring that high quality customer service and impeccable administrative services contribute to the overall success of operations. As the ideal candidate for this role, you balance the delivery of strong customer service with accurate, thorough and timely management of client processes and systems. You have clearly demonstrated strengths in staff leadership supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet are required. You will assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliations
Your responsibilities would include:
- Customer service management
- Reception area management
- Problem solving inquiries and questions
- Information management
- Expense and petty cash processing and control
