Scheduler
As a Scheduler at LifeMark Health Assessments, you are the link between clients and referral sources. You are customer service focused, courteous, reliable and well organized. You have excellent time management skills and strong computer skills, including an intermediate level of skill using Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills complimented by a strong command of the English language.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating files for scheduling within the Scheduling team and with the Intake Manager
- Providing customer service and follow-up with referral sources to ensure case management and patient needs are met within 24 hours from receipt of the file
- Receiving and inputting referrals from various sources
- Receiving, organizing, and managing electronic patient files in collaboration with the Document Management Team
- Contacting patients via telephone to arrange appointments in a time sensitive environment
- Preparing documentation to be forwarded to clinicians
- Collaborating with health professionals to coordinate assessments across geographic locations and timely reporting to meet stakeholder needs
- Arranging for interpreting and/or transportation services when requested
