Receptionist
The Receptionist plays a significant role working in a dynamic team environment. This position is key to the smooth and efficient operation of the facility. The receptionist is responsible for giving a professional and positive impact when greeting clients and visitors and to ensure that the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently with effective use of organizational and clerical skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate resources
- Greeting and directing clients and visitors
- Assisting clients with questions, paperwork and other needs
- Data entry
- Managing courier services, faxes and incoming/outgoing mail
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Filing and photocopying
Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Knowledge of medical terminology
