Receptionist

The Receptionist plays a significant role working in a dynamic team environment. This position is key to the smooth and efficient operation of the facility. The receptionist is responsible for giving a professional and positive impact when greeting clients and visitors and to ensure that the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently with effective use of organizational and clerical skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate resources
  • Greeting and directing clients and visitors
  • Assisting clients with questions, paperwork and other needs
  • Data entry
  • Managing courier services, faxes and incoming/outgoing mail
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Filing and photocopying

Qualifications

  • High school graduate
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
