Quality Assurance Coordinator
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Lifemark Health, you are the link between clients and referral sources. You are customer focused, courteous, reliable and well organized. You have excellent time management and strong computer skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF programs is required. You have the ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask and have a background in the medical field
Your responsibilities include:
- Quality Assurance, editing and summarizing of outgoing reports for a variety of insurer evaluations including FAE, home site and medical assessments for MVA and other clients.
- Ensuring quality and consistency of health practitioner reports for independent medical assessments
- Meeting timelines for issuing reports
