As a Program Manager at LifeMark Health, you supervise an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and administrative staff. You have direct experience successfully leading high performing teams and a solid understanding of WCB, Return to Work Services and claims management. Your strengths include excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize work volumes to meet deadlines and problem solving. You have a Master’s, Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Rehabilitation Medicine/Health Sciences.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing current and new service contracts
• Developing and leading a multidisciplinary high performance team
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources
• Implementing an effective quality assurance program that establishes and sustains consistency in service delivery and reporting from all offices
• Interpreting and communicating action plans regarding program evaluation outcomes for services contracts
• Producing high customer service standards and maintaining performance at or above acceptable norms
