As a Lifemark Operations Manager, you manage multifaceted clinical and business operations and are accountable for the overall success of the clinic you lead.
As the ideal candidate for this role, you balance the delivery of strong customer service with accurate, thorough and timely management of client systems, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivables. You have a solid reputation for developing strong relationships with staff, referral sources and government institutions. You also have a desire to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes, excellent customer service and strong financial performance

- clinical quality initiatives
- business planning
- financial forecasting
- human resource management

- business development
Qualifications
- degree in business, accounting, commerce
- previous office management experience
- marketing and financial experience
