Office Coordinator Overview
As an Office Coordinator, you lead and support the clinic’s administrative functions. You are key to ensuring that high quality customer service and impeccable administrative services contribute to the overall success of operations. As the ideal candidate for this role, you balance the delivery of strong customer service with accurate, thorough and timely management of client systems, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivables. You have clearly demonstrated strengths in staff leadership supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet are required. Accounts receivable, accounts payable and collection experience is a must.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Customer service management
- Problem solve inquiries and questions
- Client reception and customer service management
- Information management
- Expense and petty cash processing and control
- Accounting controls and reporting
- Clinic office management & administration
- Adherence to all company protocols
