Medical Document Clerk
As a Medical Document Clerk at LifeMark Health, you are a flexible team player who supports the medical document functions. You are service oriented, reliable and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task. You have excellent organization skills and pay close attention to detail. Your strong computer skills, including an intermediate level of Microsoft applications and the Internet, add value to the other team members. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills complimented by a strong command of the English language.
Your responsibilities include:
- Reviewing, tracking and listing all medical information from referral files
- Cross referencing and eliminating duplicate medical information
- Creating bookmarking in PDF, when required
- Ensuring that the document management (including doclist) of any additional documents received is scanned and forwarded to the concerned assessors
- Ensuring that a protocol or procedure for all tasks is in place
