Billing Representative
As a Billing Representative,you are a flexible team player who supports the company’s administrative and financial functions. You are service oriented, reliable and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task. You have excellent organization skills and pay close attention to detail. Your strong computer skills, including an intermediate level of Microsoft applications and the Internet, add value to the other team members. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Accuracy and timeliness is imperative.
Responsibilities include
Collections
- Contacting clients on overdue accounts
- Inputting revenue data on received payments
- Preparing account reports along with collections team
- Bank statements and deposits
Invoicing
- Assisting in posting/recording daily revenue. Ensuring that revenue that can be posted for the month is being done
- Preparing and delivery of invoices re: reports, late cancellation/no-show, etc. online or printed/mailed
- Coordinating with the other billing representatives
Accounts Payables – Assessors
- Receiving assessor invoices, date stamp, match with revenue, attach invoice, enter details into ADMS and submit for approval.
Other
- Performs other related duties as required by Manager
- Knowledge and adherence to the company’s various assessment services and protocols
- Knowledge and adherence to the company’s Accounting Standard Operating Procedures
- Excellent knowledge into the usage of the company’s ADMS software.
Qualifications
- Completion of University or College preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Previous A/R, A/P and Collections experience
