Billing Clerk
As a Billing Clerk at LifeMark Health, you are a flexible team player who supports the clinic’s administrative and financial functions. You are service oriented, reliable and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task. You have excellent organization skills and pay close attention to detail. Your strong computer skills, including an intermediate level of Microsoft applications and the Internet, add value to the other team members. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills complimented by a strong command of the English language.
Your responsibilities include:
- Invoicing contract funders while following contractual obligation
- Preparing invoices and send them out
- Maintaining & collecting aging accounts receivables
- Reconciling accounts
- Reconciling day sheet to revenue reports
- Entering Payments
- Verifying Expense sheets & other billing sheets
- Transferring payments
- Responding to customer and clinic staff queries (by telephone and/or email)
- Contacting funders for pre-approvals
