As a Manager Massage Therapy Services with Seniors Wellness Division you promote and manage all massage therapy services provided in long term care ( LTC) and retirement homes (RH).
As the ideal candidate for this role you have a solid reputation for developing strong relationships with staff, you also possess experience in management and/or sales

Responsibilties include:

• Marketing and selling massage therapy services to LTC & RH facilities
• Interviewing, hiring and maintaining a roster of qualified Massage Therapists (MT) in conjunction with Human Resources Manager
• Overseeing all massage therapy services that are being provided to LTC & RH facilities to ensure customer satisfaction
• Completing annual performance reviews of all MTs
• Assisting MTs in accessing appropriate community resources and educational material
• Assisting the QA Manager in annual reviews of MT services
• Assisting with administrative tasks in the Seniors Wellness Division

Education requirements

• University Degree or College diploma required
• Education in sales, marketing or Massage Therapy considered an asset.
