Administrative Assistant - Corporate Relations - Aging Services Overview

As an Administrative Assistant, Corporate Relations, you would be working with the Director of Corporate Relations and the Manager of Corporate Relations to respond to the needs of our Corporate customers. For this position, we are looking for someone who is high energy, customer service oriented, with good verbal and written communication skills. You have excellent computer skills, a willingness to learn and flexibility to flow with the demands of the role. You have the ability to think analytically be a problem solver and take initiative. Exceptional computer skills, time management and organizational skills. Flexibility and the ability to take initiative are a must. Customer relations or marketing experience an asset.

Responsibilties include:

  • Preparing power point presentations, reports, marketing materials
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments with corporate groups
  • Following up with customers by phone and email
  • Other Administrative responsibilities as needed to support Corporate Client Activities

Qualifications

  • University Degree or College business degree or extensive related work experience in the corporate sector required
